Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Glintdesk's Services. By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Provider
The Services are provided by:

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Services only with permission of a parent or legal guardian.
3. Accounts and Security
Some features require an account. You agree to:
- provide accurate information,
- keep your credentials confidential,
- promptly report suspected unauthorized access through the in-app support channels (if available).
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Remote Access / Streaming — Your Responsibility
The Services may allow you to remotely access or control devices and stream screen/audio, and transmit inputs, clipboard data, or files.
You represent and warrant that:
- you own the device you connect to, or you have explicit authorization to access/control it,
- you have the rights to any content you access or transfer using the Services,
- you will comply with applicable laws and these Terms.
5. License to Use the Services
Subject to these Terms, Glintdesk grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for personal or internal business purposes (as applicable).
You may not:
- reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Services except where prohibited by law,
- bypass or circumvent security, access controls, or usage limits,
- use the Services to develop or assist a competing product through unauthorized copying of functionality,
- interfere with or disrupt the Services (including abusive automation or network attacks).
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Services to:
- access devices or accounts without permission,
- distribute malware or engage in hacking/exploitation,
- infringe intellectual property rights,
- harass, threaten, or harm others,
- violate laws or regulations.
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or pose a security risk.
7. Paid Features (If Offered)
If the Services include paid plans, trials, subscriptions, or usage-based billing:
- pricing and plan details will be presented at purchase,
- taxes may apply,
- subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled before renewal (where applicable),
- refund handling (if any) will be described at purchase or in the relevant product flow.
8. Third-Party Services
The Services may depend on or integrate with third-party services (e.g., app stores, payment processors, cloud providers). Third parties may have their own terms and policies, and Glintdesk is not responsible for third-party services.
9. Updates and Changes
We may change the Services or these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we may notify you through the Services. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the security and integrity of the Services.
Upon termination, your license ends and you must stop using the client software.
11. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GLINTDESK DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Remote access and streaming performance depends on factors outside our control (device capability, network quality, routing, third-party infrastructure).
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GLINTDESK WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GLINTDESK'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID (IF ANY) TO USE THE SERVICES IN THE 3 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Glintdesk from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from:
- your use of the Services,
- your violation of these Terms,
- your unauthorized access to any device or data,
- your infringement of third-party rights.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Glintdesk is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.
